30-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of the charge. This voluntary policy is in addition to any mandatory rights that apply to you.

How to request a refund

Use Paddle buyer support at https://paddle.net or contact support@shhhs.net. Provide the Paddle transaction or subscription ID from your receipt. Do not send card details, secret content, or Shhhs access tokens.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access remains available until the end of the paid period unless the dashboard shows another effective date. Cancellation and refund are different: canceling does not automatically refund a previous charge, and a refund request does not replace cancellation of future renewals.

Processing

Paddle is Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network timing may vary.

Abuse and exceptions

We may decline requests involving fraud, abuse, repeated refund misuse, or a charge already disputed through a bank, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
