Where we are

Business and support operations are based in Uruguay. The application runs on Cloudflare's global network, so requests and operational metadata may be processed at Cloudflare edge locations according to Cloudflare's platform controls.

Service boundary

Shhhs provides ephemeral secret sharing, request links, encrypted chat, account security controls, API keys, and operational metadata controls. It does not provide secret recovery, identity proofing, legal escrow, permanent archive storage, or guaranteed delivery into third-party inboxes or chat systems.

Billing and support

Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, taxes, payment method management, and subscription portal flows. Shhhs support can help cancel billing after validation, but cannot restore lost access or inspect secret content.

Does Shhhs process secrets with AI?

No. There is no AI processing on secret content.

Can Shhhs recover a secret?

No. Secret recovery would weaken the privacy model.
